Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
As a moderator I helped players with every type of issue they had when surfing for the first time, I explained how to use the movement keys, the mouse, how to change surf style, how to access the settings in f1 menu, pointshop, how to achieve the best speed or elevation from any ramp, sometimes making them spectate me to show them. I also dealt with rulebreakers such as mic spammers, racists and disrespectful people using the right punishments.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
There was a particular situation in which some people were spamming racist slurs, and kept on relogging in to undo the gags/mutes and straight up ignoring the warnings after relogging in after being kicked; if it wasn't for an admin who were there with me and banned them I wouldn't have had the possibility to stop these players and therefore the server would've been full of racism and disrespect until the presence of another admin.
If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Hello and welcome to the Surf Staff Team of Zarp Gaming. First of all, your role is to make sure everyone on the server has fun respecting the rules and that every player feels comfortable with the others.
You might need to use these commands (which you can see with a click on any player while holding TAB) to avoid rulebreaking or disrespect in any form:
Chat Mute: use it to mute a player for a period of time in chat (we usually start with 5 minutes)
Voice Mute: Gags a player for a period of time (voice chat mute)
Strip Weapons: use it to remove weapons from players who use them to intentionally harass and annoy other players, especially when said harassed players are complaining
Spectate: use it to spectate a player without them knowing you are doing so, useful when you need to understand if someone exploits
Send Message: use it to send a private message to a player, for example to tell them to stop rulebreaking
Kick: use it to kick a player from the server, it's a moderator's last resource if a player keeps on rulebreaking even after warnings and other punishments

F6 to see the reputy sheet of any player.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would ask for the 2 versions of the event from both player X and staff member X separately and, in case I decide to remove the ban to give another chance to player X, I would still personally warn him to never break any rule again, as it would result in another ban. I would decide to keep the ban only if staff member X gave me further justified proofs, and if the player lies about the situation.

I'm very active on the server and I always try my best to make sure everything is ok and noone is being harassed in any way. I never condone racism, and I treat any form of disrespect as quickly as possible. I'm chill and welcoming to anyone without expecting them to be the same to me. I have 4 months of experience from staffing in Prop Hunt, 3 of which are as an admin.
