Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: I have been admin for about a month now and so far my experience has been great. I spend lots of time playing and watching the server so becoming admin would push me to go even further then I do already. I plan to be on longer then i am now and put in more effort then now!

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around: I have dealt with a good bit of things as moderator but the biggest one that stands out to me is staff disrespect. A couple days ago I had a person join the server (wont say names) that started to staff disrespect almost instantly. I asked him to stop over and over trying to give him a warning that its against the rules. I told him what his punishment was going to be if he continued and all I got back was "f#ck you c$nt". At that point I kicked him and gave him the reasoning for his kick.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?: I would start off by telling him all the different features he/she is able to use as mod. I would go over what some of the more confusing feature do such as global muting and chat muting. I would quickly go over how to add reasoning for kicks.

Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?: The first thing I would do is talk to staff member X and find out all of the details to make sure that play X is telling the truth in accurate ways. I would then ask the staff member if they think he learned his lesson or have not. From there depending on how bad he cheated I would decide if I think he deserves another chance or if i should deny his request.

Why I should be promoted: I believe that i have been a good moderator in my time in the server. I understand all the ZARP rules and am quick to take action when I see a player breaking one of them rules. I make sure that i listen to everyone asking for help or staff support and make sure i have full understanding of the situation before taking actions that may result in a mistake.

Extra Information: I just wanna thank everyone in the server for accepting me and making me feel amazing. Even if i don't get admin I still love the server and all the people in it and hopefully if you read this far ill see you in the server. I will still support this server just as much as always. Also thank you to euan and smile for helping me with being moderator! Thank you to all the other staff as well its been a lot of fun talking and playing with you guys!
