Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
Situation 1: Player A decide to mass rdm and he has more than 4 recent
Situation 2: Player A decide to broke too many rules and has too many recents
Situation 3: Player A decide to try to crash the server

Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server:
The main functions of the f1 menu are the admin requests, warnings and logging tabs.
In the admin request tabs this is where you accept the players reports that have been made in game once you tp to the player and for example say
they have been rdmed you can then check the logging's tab to find out who and where the player was killed at and by.
You can then use the warnings tab to see if the player who killed the person who made the report has been warned for rdm previously and can that
can help whether you need to give the player a verbal warn or warn ingame.
And finally the active nlr options which shows if there are players who have an nlr

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties.
I ask him to stop what he is doing and if he continues after multiple voices warn I will Voice mute/Chat mute him.

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal.
I would read there post to see how sorry they seem about there ban, next i would check there ban/warn list to see how long ago the ban happened if it was a long time
ago i would get in touch with the admin who issued him the ban,if the user was truly sorry and both of us came to an agreement then I would either lift the ban
or shorten it depending on the corresponding admins request.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
I have known Garry's Mod for over 4 years. I know the rules very well, as well as the Administration commands.
I want to become an Administrator of this server, because I see in the chat of the server, that the Administrators are often requested,
because people did not understand such and such a thing, while there is only one Administrator connected, that is a lot of job ..
So I would like to be part of the Staff to "take over" so that the one who enforced the rules of the servers, "breath" a little.
By having the Administrator Rank I can finish more helpful duties to keep the server safe and clean. I'm getting more and more in contact with different Staff Members and get them know better and they're helping alot.
I've loved moderating the server but I think I'm ready for that admin position!
