Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: RDM means Random Deathmatch, so if you kill any player without reason that will count as rdm. EX: Player A kills player B without the reason, or just bcuz B was annoying, but he did it without /me warning.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: NLR is rule by which you cant come to district you was killed for 3 minutes, you cant take revenge on guy who killed you, bcuz it will be count as NLR, you cant back to raid when you got killed for 3 minutes, because its NLR too. EX: Player A kills player B in his base, and B come straight to his base to kill or defend somehow his basing.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You are handling a report in which player A accuses player B of killing them for no reason in a report via the F1 system. First of all, i will get player A to roof for a sit, then i will check logs to be sure that player B killed him. Then i will get B to a sit and ask, what happened, maybe one of them have recording or something. When I figure out the situation, i will warn or give verbal to B, or just tp him back.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You witness a user mass RDMing in spawn, killing many people constantly to the point where users are complaining.
Of course i will make some screenshots and recordings, then i will freeze him, put away from players with physgun and warn.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words): Im playing ZARP since 2015, i did many dumb and stupid things, got perm-banned, got bunch of jails and warns. So I understood how annoying rulebreakers are, I want to make ZARP clear from any kind of rulebreakers, just because im always getting killed when afking at spawn. Thats not only my problem, all SSRP players getting rdmed like 5-6 times a day. I want to be moderator not because i want to abuse something like tp my friends or be "scary" for some rdmers, i want to be moderator first of all because a lot of players need help, ZARP has not so much new players, but they never get the help they deserve as a newbies. I hope I will change something, or at least make server better to play.
