How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
Throughout both my current and past experience of being an administrator I have gained a vast amount of experience relating to staffing on the server. I can handle my own and can deal with users appropriately. I am both friendly and approachable to both staff and users alike. I believe I can be good fun but also strict and serious when I need to be which is quite a good trait for a Super Administrator
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
Activity
I try to play on the server as much as I can with the odd day off to focus on school and other personal interests. Whenever I join the server I will likely play for an hour or more depending on how the server is doing. I could be considered one of the most active staff members.
Experience
I have held the rank of Super Administrator twice on the TTT server some months ago. During my time I gained a vast amount of experience regarding the lead team and how to deal with situations in the lead team. I would have liked to gain a bit of experience regarding training a moderator on this server however I couldn't get the chance to do that. Even so, My months of lead team experience over on TTT has taught me plenty about trainings.
Forum/TeamSpeak Activity
I believe I am extremely active on both TeamSpeak and on the Forums. I check forums very regularly every day, even when I'm not home. I also give my feedback on all Deathrun applications, appeals and reports. I basically reply to anything Deathrun related on the forums. I am also extremely active on TeamSpeak. I usually open TeamSpeak the minute I turn on my computer which makes contacting me very easy
Dedication and Trust
Among my TTT ranks I have also held many different staffing positions throughout the community, ranging from several moderator and administrator positions to forum and teamspeak staff. I believe that these factors clearly show my dedication towards my staffing positions as well as the trust I have gained over my long staffing journey
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
Fortunately during my time as an administrator, I have not run into a situation in which the assistance of a Super Admin or above was required
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
I would first try to get in contact with the person who made the report over discord. When/if the user responds, I would listen to whatever they have to say. I would also carefully check any evidence that they have provided. After all this I would contact the reported staff and ask them to join me on TeamSpeak. I would speak to the staff to get their side of the story. I would then tell the two that they are free to go and proceed to analyze the evidence and compare both sides of the story to make a proper conclusion
Hello [user]
After discussing this report with both parties, I have come to the conclusion that the staff member you reported was indeed in the wrong! I have spoken with this staff member and he has assured that something like this will not happen again.
I apologize for the inconvenience caused
Hello [User]!
After discussing this report with both parties, I was told two completely different stories and there is no evidence at all to back up the claims you made. I would advise providing evidence if you ever make another report. No action will be taken against this staff member.
Thank you for making this report regardless

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would first check the banned user's RapSheet to see his recent punishments and previous bans. If the ban seemed to be too long, I would ask the staff member to join me on TeamSpeak. I would then ask them why they banned the user for so long. After I get the details from his perspective, I would then decide if the ban was indeed too long.
If the ban turned out to be too long, I would explain to the administrator why it was too long and have the ban reduced.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would first ask the staff member to join me on teamspeak as it is easier to talk to him there than in game. I would then ask what he is having trouble with. After I receive the details from the staff member, I would tell him what I would do in that kind of situation to help him out. I would also provide and recommend the Staff Ethos as it states how to deal with all kinds of situations like this one. I would then keep an eye out for the situation so that the situation is dealt with fairly.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would first ask the staff member who is reporting the other staff member what the accused staff member was doing and if they had any evidence. If the staff member did indeed have valid evidence, then I would speak to the accused staff member and ask them why they were breaking rules. I would also tell them that as a staff member, it is essential that we do not break the rules. Depending on if the staff member intentionally broke rules and how severe the rule(s) he broke was, I would bring them up in the Lead Team meeting for an official warning or demotion
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would first ask both staff members to join me on discord. I would tell them that conflict between staff members is very serious and could impact the way the whole staff team work together. I would then ask them if they could peacefully put things behind them. I would also tell them that there would be consequences if they continue. I would remain in the spacer with them until they have made up. However, if the staff members continue to argue after speaking with them, I would then bring them up in the Lead Team meeting
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I would first ask the staff member to join me on TeamSpeak. I would then ask him why he was abusing. If the staff member was purposefully breaking the rules I would speak to the staff member telling him to stop breaking the rules. I would also provide him the the Staff Ethos. The staff member would also be brought up in the Lead Team meeting.
If the staff member refuses to join me on teamspeak and/or continues to break the rules. I would be forced to emergency demote the staff member
Final words:
By the time of the next meeting I will have been an administrator for 3 weeks and staff for over a month. Even though my time may be quite short so far, I decided to give it a try considering I have plenty of previous experience not only as an Administrator on deathrun but also across the entire community. Plus a certain someone wouldn't stop nagging me to apply so here it is.
Thank you for reading my application. All feedback is very much appreciated.
