★ Get to know me a little
My name is Kristian, currently studying European Studies at my University in Norway, finishing in the year 2022 with a bachelor degree. I hope to work in a position where I can be able to help others to the point where they become self-sufficient.
I am currently not working due to the coronavirus outbreak unleashing about a week before my job application was meant to be decided on. I am fairly interested in Social Sciences and Geography. I am quite active on Steam, if I am not there, I usually am in either school or spending time with friends or family.
★ Dedication
Me, Nogtog and PZGrens started the push to become staff on Deathrun in order to fix the issues it had and some it still has, the server had no dedicated owner at the time and with no consistent playerbase, it was very likely doing even worse than the Trouble in Terrorist Town Server 2.
After our push to become staff, several players of the already well established ZARP Community started playing on it, since Deathrun is one of the more popular gamemodes on Garry’s Mod. Eventually managing to go from 1 staff member to 10 active staff members in the 1 month we have now been staff. Without the massive help of forum posts created by PZGrens, Myself, Nogtog, MsRevine and the amazing duo of Haytham and Hitman Jerry; It would have not been possible.
When I was accepted for Super Administrator on Deathrun, the first thing I did was to create the rest of the Lead Team by encouraging members to apply, and to test new maps and selecting the maps which were horrible, to be removed for the upcoming update. While one of the Server Owners resigned during this, I still managed to create a great Lead Team of Siren and StephenSka who are two very dedicated individuals who together have helped the now only Server Owner get out a great update.
★ Attitude
I am a loving and caring person. I will try to work together so that I can achieve our common purpose of making the users our top priority. I try to not show bias towards any party and have handled the appeals as I have seen fit with the rules and Staff Ethos in mind.
I have taken action against users showing a clear hatred towards the user or server, trying to make sure that every user can have some fun, while at the same time protected and punished if necessary.
While I may find myself a caring person, I understand some find me harsh at times and I want to improve this in any way that I can.
★ Experience
I have been a Super Administrator on Deathrun for now over a month and I have been in many situations, having been through several contacts, official warnings and also having had to say goodbye to several good staff members during this time.
I have a high amount of activity on deathrun, playing whenever I can and whenever I need to help someone out such as if players ever use a request-staff on Discord, or when they poke me on Teamspeak. Some may ask why I was not active last week and that is because I was on Easter flying to my parents therefore not available on my computer, but still able to participate in my Lead Team duties such as taking care of issues such as Activity etc and being present in the meeting.
I was first Super Administrator on Minecraft together with SwiiFTz and Pie, training up the Minecraft Staff Team for the upcoming Minecraft server launch. I am still fairly active on Minecraft, taking care of my usual LT duties and hosting events when we come up with great ideas or when an update is imminent.
MadMagic truly is a great lad
I first joined the ZARP Community over 9 months ago with applying for staff on Trouble in Terrorist Town and it was nice to get back into being a part of a Staff Team once again.
TTT was one of my favourite gamemodes because it takes all the great parts of Garry’s Mod and mushes it into one. Growing as a staff member there has definitely been one of the most enjoyable aspects of the ZARP Community for me; I learnt a lot from the day Nay trained me all the way until today.
Staff Positions I’m holding on ZARPGaming:
- Deathrun Super Administrator.
- Minecraft Super Administrator.
- Trouble in Terrorist Town Administrator.
Staff Positions I’ve held on other servers:
- Server Owner of KriZLife Community (Murder and Trouble in Terrorist Town).
- Server Owner of Relaunched newlife networks.
- Community Manager and Global Moderator of Original NewLife.
- Administrator of Hjortefjellet.
My main responsibility as a Head Administrator will be to ensure that the staff team feel supported, that they get the help they need, be it training-wise, command-wise or otherwise.
Making sure that all new staff and returning staff get proper training, consistently good every time. I will attempt to create a better communication inside the staff team, in order to help the communication also be better to our players.
I will create a meeting spreadsheet similar to other pointshop servers where we will keep track of all possible staff’s previous punishments on the server. As we are few Lead Team members at this moment, this may be given out to Administrators who want to help the Lead Team and the rest of the staff team out, but if not, then other members of the Lead Team can do the task.
I will also be able to help out the Server Owners and Community Managers with anything related to updates or Server Development should they require my help.
★ - Creating and managing the best staff team possible.
★ - Leading the world’s best lead team.
★ - Completing my HA duties to the best of my abilities.
★ - Hosting Deathrun Events off and on forums.
★ - Having a consistent amount of map rotations.
★ - Adding back an expanded list of Exploits for each map, available not only to the Lead Team, but also to Moderators and Administrators.
★ - Adding an extensive and clear training guide also for Lead Team positions.

Love,
- ๖ۣۜRed.
