► Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:

First you need to auto-jump by holding ur spacebar. You will gain speed if you strafe around by going left and right.
You go left with the (a) button and looking left at the same time. And you go right with the (d) button while looking right at the same time.
You will do this the whole time. to gain speed. You also use the A and D to strafe left and right. If they don't understand i would give him a turtorial
with f2, Or i will send him a video about how to bhop made by Siren

► Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:

I would ask the person to calm down and not spam the chat with useless stuff, or if they are using their microphone I would politely ask to not
scream in their microphone. When this warning is ignored i would give the individual a mute for 5 minutes for mic/chat spamming.
When he LTAP's it. I will give him a longer mute with a warn.

► Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
Exploting can happen in many forms, but In any case of exploiting i would give the individual a verbal warn for exploiting on a bhop map.
When this exploiting happens again i would give the player a warn.

► Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I have had experience on this server before, so i know what to do, and i know what the commands do. I know how they work
and when to use them. There isn't alot of Bhop staff so i could be in charge when there is no staff online on the server.
I have a good attitude, and I love helping people when they have question about anything on the server.

Isn't 15 minutes way too long for someone who just screamed into their mic as their first offence? And if they ltap it you want to go to 20 minutes??? If you're muting/gagging someone for that long, you're either doing something wrong or they should have been banned already. Not sure how you don't know this from staffing on deathrun.

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP BHOP! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

This time, the staff team have decided that you still need to work on your application and then apply again next week. To try and help you they have summarised some positives & negatives discussed during the meeting:

Not seeing enough helpfulness on the server, wishing to see a more proactive attitude.
