Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
3 situations in which it would be most prudent to use the ban command is repeated offenses of warns, bannable behavior such as racism and distasteful imagery, and the use of scripts / hacks.

Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server:
The main functions of the F1 menu is to complete staff requests users have created, such as a complaint pertaining to RDM or prop abuse. It can also shows logs of certain activities, such as when a user died and from who.

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties.
After having carried out my administrator duties, I would confront the player and ask them if it is okay to bring them to a sit. If not, then I would stay put and explain to them in detail (with no one around) how ridicule is against the rules, and if they persisted, I would be obligated to warn them. To be concise, I would verbally warn them first (unless a surfeit of profanity and slurs were used) and then use the warn function to inscribe it on their record if the player continued.

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal.
I would peruse through the player's profile, seeing if there is any evidence that would deem this appeal as disingenuous or fake. If it passed the marks, then I would critique the appeal if needed and confirm with other staff if they also concur with the player's ban or unban.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
As a preface, I was given explicit permission by Mr. Richard to ascend to administrator before becoming moderator again. I believe I should be promoted as I fit the criteria for Zarp staff in tandem with previously holding the rank of administrator in zarp. My previous knowledge and experience could be incredibly important with the influx of players joining the server for the event, where rule break is inevitable. A large portion of my time playing on zarp would be allocated to administrator duties as I seldomly RP seriously. Numerous times on the server have I witnessed predatory rulebreak with no active staff to remediate the problem; even if there were moderators, sometimes it was too hectic to immediately suppress. Also, new players have approached me and others inquiring the whereabouts of staff when there was none present. If I were to be promoted to administrator, I would endeavor to fulfill these problems and hopefully be able to create a more amicable and friendly server.
