How would you handle a TS3/Discord appeal?:
Firstly, i would review the ban reason and the decide whether or not the person seems apologetic in their appeal. I would then speak to the staff member(s) involved and listen to their side of the story and see if they think the person decides to be unbanned. If they do, then i would reply to the appeal thread with something like this:
Hi [USER], thank you for writing this appeal. After speaking to [STAFF MEMBER] we have decided to unban you. However we do hope you abide by the rules this time around. Have fun
Explain some of the administrative features of TS3/Discord and when they're used
appropriately:

Mute Client:
This is used when a user is being homophobic, racist, using soundboards too often
(Mix3rz) etc.
Ban Client:
This is used when a punishment request is accepted or a player who just got kicked from a channel, came back and did the same action again. The ban command is used to stop a player from coming back to the server when they have been breaking rules.
Kick from Channel/Kick from Server:
Both these buttons remove the user from the channel except the kick from server button kicks them from the entire server. This is used when a player is breaking server TOS or if a staff member doesn’t want them in anymore spacer due to the fact that they may be in the middle of staff duties. However, the staff member could simply just move them to a different channel.
What would I do different with my new powers? :
With my new powers, I would be able to moderate voice and chat channels more effectively and keep an eye on which staff members are doing their jobs and which aren’t. Since I am Head Admin on SSRP I deal with problems with users and occasionally staff members. This gives me the ability to deal with situations as a Head Admin on TS/Discord. As a Head Administrator, I will use my powers to deal with staff members in a similar way. I will also perform basic staffing aswell as dealing with problematic staff members.
Community Involvement:
As stated previously, i am currently SSRP Head Administrator, as well as Community Council, and Minecraft Super Admin. This shows i am very involved in the community. My role in the community council is the suggestion manager, this role is where i contact users and take down their suggestions on why the server player counts may be low and how we may fix them. This means I am very active in the community and very involved. I also often post community involving threads on the forums to get the Zarp community. This helps the community to learn things about each other and start forming friendships between servers
Activity:
I am extremly active on the Zarp Team Speak and on discord. I always interact with new users and staff members and try and get new staff members to familiarize themselves with the Zarp TeamSpeak considering it may be hard for them to navigate when just getting staff. I am on TeamSpeak most of the time that i am on my PC and are usually in calls with members of different Zarp servers (usually SSRP)
Abilities:
Due to my staffing positions on SSRP and Minecraft i have handled many staff reports in my time as staff. This proves that i am able to handle staff reports and punishment requests to a good standard as well as quickly and effectively. If i am accepted as Head Administrator, i will continue to prove this.
