☛ How would you handle a TS3/Discord appeal?:

Good evening, <Name>.

After getting into contact with the staff member who banned you and talking to him, we have both come to a mutual agreement to deny your appeal. Prior to your ban being issued, you have shown extreme misconduct and have displayed your appalling attitude by being racist and homophobic - We do not condone such behaviour on ZARP. Please make sure to familiarize yourself with the ZARP TOU.

☛ Explain some of the administrative features of TS3/Discord and when they're used
appropriately:



Going from top to bottom, these are the commands that TS3 Staff are provided with:

• Set Server Group - Using the "Set Server Group", you can add or remove a users rank on TeamSpeak. The staff with the TS3 rank can assign all Moderator, Administrator, Super Administrator, Head Administrator ranks, including the Forum staff rank. This rank is most commonly used by members of the LT to assign people their respective ranks, accordingly.


• Kick Client From Channel - This option will kick the selected user from the channel they are currently in and automatically return them to the AFK Lobby. This is occasionally used as a warning prior to a kick/ban.


• Kick Client From Server - By clicking on the "Kick Client From Server", a little window will open up asking for a reason as to why you are wishing to kick X individual, after putting in the reason and pressing enter, a server kick will be issued and the person in question will be disconnected from ZARP's TS server.


• Ban Client - Ban client is used in the most serious circumstances, the option is rather self-explanatory, same with the kick command, a little window opens up but this time with another blank space to fill up which would be time, right next to time you can select one of many options such as "Minutes", "Hours", "Days", "Permanent", etc.

☛ What would I do differently with my new powers? (we recommend around 50 words):

Just as I do on SSRP, I'd devote my time on both TS & Discord on tracking staff progress and making sure all TS/Discord staff are using their powers properly and accordingly. In addition, I would also actively and consistently handle TS/Discord RA's (including staff reports) and Appeals. I would also make sure to train all newly accepted LT members for the TS/Discord staff ranks with great effort and care.

☛ Dedication

I can say that I'm a very dedicated person. I've been a member of ZARP for over 4 years now and during that time have acquired close to 2 years of staffing experience - On SSRP, Prop Hunt, TeamSpeak, Discord, other PS the ZARP Forums, and especially TeamSpeak. I would also like to mention that I have been very active, polite, and consistent on TeamSpeak & Discord. I handle all situations with great care and effort and have made both services a fun and safe environment for all users of the community.


☛ Activity & Consistency

As mentioned previously, I am a very active user and staff member of the ZARP community. I come on the ZARP servers whenever I'm able to and enjoy playing and staffing. As for TeamSpeak, I come on there every day and spend most of my time chatting with various members of the community, from users to staff, to LT members, and even the CM team. I enjoy staffing aon TS and Discord a lot and due to my activity, I will be able to do far more on both services and ensure a secure and fun environment for all users of the ZARP community even better. I've regularly managed all of my servers/services I'm assigned to, accordingly.


☛ Attitude & Benignity

For quite a long time, I've done my best to show who I truly am, thanks to my interaction with both staff members as well as Users in the community (in-game, via Steam & Discord and especially the Forums and TeamSpeak) I've managed to show how polite, civilized and benevolent I truly am. Frankly, my attitude used to be an issue in the far past, during my first months of staffing, but by now, I wouldn't say I have had any issues. I'm always keen and interested in helping and talking to various members of the community.


☛ Community Involvement

I am one of those people who is friends with all sorts of people from all parts of the community. I do my best to interact with everyone (LT's, Users, Staff Members, CM's). I mostly hang out with people from the following communities: SSRP, Deathrun, TTT and Prop Hunt. I also do my best to be involved in all sorts of stuff that is going on in the community at all times.

I hold/held the following positions on the following servers/services:

➤ Prop Hunt Head Administrator (15th February 2019 - 4th of April 2020).

➤ TeamSpeak Staff (11th January 2019 - 4th of April 2020).
➤ Discord Administrator (11th January 2019 - 4th of April 2020).
➤ Forum Moderator (First section acquired on December 2018 - 1st of December 2019).
➤ Global Moderator (1st of December 2019 - 4th of April 2020).

I've done my best to introduce myself to all members of the community, staff especially, to participate in events and administration processes, contribute by sharing my ideas and suggestions that could help and improve the community and stuff as such, and as TS/Discord HA, I will have more access as well as permissions meaning that I will be able to contribute and help way more as I truly love and support this community which has been a big part of my life in the last few years.

TS activity is outstanding and you are trusted enough to hold this rank but with the lack of staff active in discord+no current HAs (we need someone active in both to fill in the gap) i would prefer a HA active in TS AND discord, Nonetheless if you get your activity in discord consistent you have my vote and if you get it i'd be happy to work under you
