Surf Related
Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
I would ask the new player to spectate me pressing F2, scrolling with the mouse buttons to find me and go in my 1st person view pressing R; then i'd show the basic strafe movements, how to land on the ramps properly and how to achieve the best speed or height out of them.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
I would first ask them to stop via chat/mic calmly, if they don't stop i would mute/gag them for 5 minutes or more based on the severity.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would check personally if the player is exploiting by watching them via spec mode, then I'd ask them to stop exploiting verbally. If they ignore me and keep exploiting I would kick them with reason "exploiting". If they come back and still exploit I would contact an admin, while recording my screen for evidence.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I have experience with staffing in prop hunt being an admin so I have a lot of familiarity with the ulx menu, the commands and rulebreakers. I'm always awailable when someone asks me for help. I might be a serious person irl but I'm quite easy-going in game.
