Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

situation 1: someone joins with no intent to rp and instead decides to spam ooc with disgusting comments
situation 2: someone gets several recents within a day
situation 3: someone mass RDM's even after being told to stop

Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server:
admin requests- this is where f1s that have not yet been handled are shown, its where you start to handle an f1 and makes it easy to see all the f1s being handled and what they are about
warnings- this is where you see recents warns handed out by staff members, if you need to see if someone has been mass rulebreaking you can check here to see who you should look out for instead of looking at everyones rapsheet
logging- shows job changes, arrests and who killed who with what and when, is a lot more helpfull than console since it only shows stuff that you would usually need for f1s all in one area
active NLR- shows you who has NLR and in which district they have it in, can be used in f1s to see who has nlr

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties.
i would inform them that they could get a mute/gag if they continue and if they do continue i would issue the punishment

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal.
i would first try to contact the staff member that banned them, if the staff member that banned them is still staff i would discuss what happened and get his side of the story, if we believe its right i will reduce the ban/unban them from the server. However if the staff member who banned them is no longer staff i'd see how long they have been banned for and decide if they should be unbanned or not

Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words): ive been mod for 6 weeks now and im pretty sure i've mastered the commands, im extremely trusted within the community as shown by my various staff ranks including, TTT admin, minecraft admin, discord/ts admin and section mod all of which i have never abused my powers on so i can be trusted not to abuse on SSRP, my activity has been pretty good recently (cant find my gametracker link for s3) and ive thoroughly enjoyed playing ssrp and interacting with the staff team, i understand a big concern is my f1 count so i would like to mention i do try to actively get F1s i'm just not as fast as other staff, however i still excel in other aspects of staffing like helping users in ooc
