Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
Three situations where I would use the ban command is if a user is mass rdming constantly after being warned multiple times for it, a user attempting to crash the server, and a user just blatantly rule breaking and being disrespectful towards staff and other users
Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server:
The first main function is for responding to users f1s the f1 menu allows me to tp to them instantly with whatever help they might need. The second main function is the recent warnings menu it allows me to see whos been warned recently and what further action I should take if they have been warned recently. the third main function is the logs the logs tell me the date, time, and place the certain action a user has done, which is essential for any f1 I would be handling. The last main function is the NLR menu it shows me who has active NLR allowing me to punish or verbally punish any user who is breaking NLR.

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties.
First I would move the user away from the area im doing my administration duties in if the user comes back and is still being verbally abusive I would then mute the user for a couple minutes (chat or voice) tell the user if it keeps happening ill have to warn them and carry on with my task.

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal.
I Would let it be known that im handling the appeal talk to the staff member who banned him and see if the staff member is willing to lower his ban or unban him. If me and the staff member agree that the user should be unbanned or his ban lowered I would reply to the ban appeal letting the user know that there ban appeal has been accepted and a reminder to read the rules and follow them.
Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
Iv been a active member of the staff team for 3 weeks now as a moderator and I believe its time for the next step in becoming a admin. I am consistently active daily helping users at any chance I get I cannot handle situations as easily as I could being a admin example issuing bans, removing prop block or removing a racist text screen. Getting another higher up staff member can sometimes take a minute and that can make other uses time not so enjoyable as I cannot deal with the situation at hand. Iv put a lot of effort and time into staffing and I believe im ready to become a admin.
