Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I have a lot of prior experience moderating the zarp bhop server throughout the years. I feel that my multiple times being a moderator
will help contribute to becoming an admin on the server.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
I'll give my most memorable event on the server as honestly I don't really remember the rest!

There was a bhopper who's strafes were too clean and I don't mean that as a compliment. This guy was an ass and had almost perfect sync. I ended up spectating him
and after watching him bhop by using silent spec I ended up banning the guy. Imagine using scripts in-front of staff and being that cocky, yikes.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

There are a number of things to learn when becoming a Moderator, such as:

1) Use your intuition. If a player is mic spamming, verbal warn. If he's screaming racist terms then gag, mute and contact an Admin.
2) Make sure not to break the rules of the server yourself.
3) Be respectful to players who you don't know. We don't want to give off the impression that staff members are assholes.
4) Don't threaten to use your powers on people without good cause. If you have a bad run and someone laughs, don't pull a fit.
5) If you are unsure whether someone is cheating, contact a higher member of staff. You should NOT warn someone 3 times to ban them.

I personally feel that the most important thing to learn is to try to enjoy yourself. There's no point in having a stick up your ass 24/7 on the server or you'll quickly lose motivation. Try a relaxed moderation style.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

It depends what kind of 'exploitation' we're talking about; If it's something like a map skip and exploiting bugs within the map I'd unban if it's been at least a month.

If however, it's something like exploiting poor code in the server to cause damage to the server and players themselves I'd not unban them.



Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):

I have a lot of past experience being an Admin on the bhop server. I am active within the community and know a lot of the regular players on zarp. I'm reasonably friendly and enjoy playing bhop. If I'm on at the weekends I'm on at odd hours of the day,
with that being when the most random people come on and cause issues. My discord is always open so as long as players are on the zarp discord they can contact me!
