Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
RDM is when a player randomly decides to cause mayhem and kill a person or multiple persons for no reason so for example.
Player 1 is standing on his stage in spawn, meanwhile playing music as a Radio Manager when people are around him and then Player 2 decides to shoot Player 1 without even telling him anything

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:

New Life Rule is you must forget what happend in your previous life, you can't return for 3 minutes where your "previous" character died.
Player 1: Has a beautiful base and is done building, so places his KOS textscreen and gets raided by Player 2, instantly returning to his base whilst the raid is happening.
Situation 2: Player 1 has a hit on his head in the bank district and dies by Player 2 and decides to return to the bank district to continue his RP.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You are handling a report in which player A accuses player B of killing them for no reason in a report via the F1 system.

I would ask the player if he has video evidence to confirm it is a RDM, even if i checked logs and it confirmed Player B killed Player A, you can't rely on your thoughts, even if you believe player A's story.
Punishment will only be there if there is video evidence

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You witness a user mass RDMing in spawn, killing many people constantly to the point where users are complaining.

I'd make sure first that the user who is mass RDMing can't keep killing the people, i'd freeze the user, check if he has recent punishments and report it to the higherups to let them take the situation over.

My Experience
I've got alot of experience with player situations as in handling admin reports via the "ULX" System and 'FAdmin' system and I'd like to share the experience with the fellow upcoming and
current staffmembers. I have got at least 5 years of administrative experience, in 2019 I was assigned for a Team Manager and handled it pretty well and i've experienced alot of rulebreakers, chaos in all those years.

Why I am applying
I'm applying because I recently started playing Garry's Mod on Zarp after taking a big break from the game and I want to try something new.
I've seen new players join the SSRP servers of Zarp and I'm always trying to make them feel safe, comfortable and always help them out by giving them a "starters funding" from my own pockets
I also want to avoid racist and homophobic words are spread, the job abuse in the Zone Captures and I'd like to assist that to keep it from minimal to even non existant.

It looks like your just farming hours to me, whenever I'm on you never move and your always afk, i don't know if this makes you applicable for the staff team, if you do play and i haven't noticed i apologise but due to what I've seen i don't think your ready to staff.
