Why are you interested in being part of the Community Council?

I am currently interested in apply for Community Council due to the recent changes it had to it. In the past I was a Community Council Member and fulfilled the duties of CC member until I resigned. Since I've returned I've kept an eye on the CC and today it was announced there were changes that caught my interest.

What role do you intend to carry out as a member of the Community Council?
We recommend outlining the role, why you feel it will help the Community Council and how you will carry out the specified role

I intend to encourage users to apply for staff/investigate on how to encourage more users to apply.

Encouraging users to apply for staff (This could involve investigating how to convince more people to apply and communicating closely with existing staff members)

Why do you believe you should be selected for the Community Council?
(We recommend at least 100 words)

I believe I would do a good job at this due to my knowledge of the servers, past LT experience, and the fact I have a keen eye for users who I believe would do good as staff.

In my LT times I watched over many staff members, meaning I saw the good in people, I saw the bad in people, and I watched how they acted as users compared to when they received their staff ranks. I have been trying to encourage people who I've thought would be good as staff members on the SSRP server, and I feel like the position I'm applying for would be a more organized way to do so while working together with other members of the Community Council.

I also have past experience as I've mentioned before in the Community Council and with the changes made I can't wait to see how it ends up!

This was actually one of the suggested roles from the thread made by Onion, It caught my attention due to my previous experience and my current attempts of already doing this.
