Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin:
Since I am applying straight to admin I will mention the key aspects of being Moderator from my previous staffing period:
My time as a Moderator helped me learn the basic commands that are used as a staff member. By experience/application was I able to understand which situations require a certain punishment or when a verbal warning is better suited. My time as Mod also gave me the platform to develop the confidence I needed in knowing how different situations should be approached and how to improve in handling these situations as well.
Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
In a situation where a player returns to the server determined to behave poorly & break the rules even after being warned and kicked. The minimum is a 2 day ban. The ban reason is based according to the rule broken plus the number of recent punishments on record.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Having the appeal written from the player’s perspective, I would then contact Staff Member X (a.k.a. “X”) to understand the situation and the subsequent decisions taken from his/her perspective as well. I would also remind Staff Member “X” that since this was the player’s first ban and due to the offence, a permaban is too excessive and that a 2-day ban is preferable. Once we have have reached consensus on the way forward, I would respond to the appeal as follows:
Hi Player X, I have discussed your ban appeal with Staff Member X. Given the details of the situation and your records, you ban appeal has been
Your ban has been reduced to a 2-days. In future, please listen to staff when they are warning you of an exploit and report any potential bugs on the forum.
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
My resignation was based on dealing with personal issues as well as a heavy schedule between work and part time studies. Now I am in a position where I know I can handle my activities and also give the staffing role the attention it deserves. I would like to be chosen as being staff helps you make an immediate impact in-game, especially when it comes to situations with rulebreakers. I’m always willing to help and have grown quite fond of the Prophunt server and its player base.
