A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation:
I would tell them to use the /report command, which they can use to file a report against said player. A staff member will then review the report and try to resolve the situation.

Explain what you would do in a situation where a player was chat spamming:
I would ask the user to stop spamming. If they were to continue, I would mute them for a short period of time, increasing in duration if they were to keep spamming afterwards.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would inform the user that what they are doing is considered an exploit, and ask them to stop using it. If they were to continue exploiting, I would kick them as a final warning. In case they still continue, I would ask an admin to place a temporary ban on the user, or to enforce any other punishment the admin deems necessary.

Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game:
I would ask them to stop harassing other players, as it is not accepted and goes against the ZARP policy. If they were to continue, I would mute them for a period of time that increases if they keep harassing players after there mute expires.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I have been playing minecraft for a very long time, and have a lot of experience with all kinds of servers and gamemodes.
I have really enjoyed my time on the ZARP server so far, and I think I will keep doing so as the server grows and maybe new gamemodes will come out. I hope to be a part of this community and help keep the server fun to play, and fair for everyone.
