Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin:
I think it's been almost 3 weeks since I became a moderator and in that time I learned a lot of things, I played on the server literally every day for at least 5 hours or more a day, I met a lot of staffs and I learned a lot from them, I took the most doubts that new people have, I fulfilled the goal of helping the server by warning ghosters, people who exploting, micspammings, Racists, In addition I already had experience in minecraft + discord servers, I really think I can do more than that and I am 100% willing to do

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
The use of the ban command consists of several reasons, Ghosters, MicSpammers, Racists, Harassment, Disrespect towards other players, etc.
The basic procedure to contain these types of people is to first send a message in private or even in public chat talking to stop, If after that the individual continues to break the rules, He will receive a warning, Soon afterwards if he still does not stop definitively he is willing to receive a kick,If you don't stop, He's adept at being banned, Among the various reasons there will be a duration for each type of ban, and of course he will need proof, which in most cases always has.

Now as a moderator you will have to deal with different situations that I will explain now:

1-Every day we have to deal with ghosters, who are people who tell the hunter where the props are.
This is the basic procedure for counting these types of people.

-First of all you will have to have proof that the individual is ghosting. To do this, always start using "CheckFriends",
With that you will have the information of the friend who is passing the information or giving the information. After taking the evidence and making sure that the individuals are ghosting, you will have to send a private or public message to people and tell them to stop.

-Now, if they continue ghosting you will have to use the command! warn, that consists of giving a warning that will be registered in his file,After the warning Use the command "Force Team" And leave them on the same team

-After the warnings and they continued to change teams and ghosting, call an administrator or +, until he arrives, keep giving force team and incapacitating individuals to ghost, When the administrator arrives he will banish people appropriately.

2-We have to deal with Hackers, Mic spammers, Racists, Disrespectful people, Rarely harassers.To contain these people I will list and explain all the essential commands for this.

-AntiCheat: This is used in case any player is using a hack, if you suspect or are sure, use AntiCheat on that person that a superior will show up and take the necessary steps

-Amute : Used to mute someone who is flooding or saying offensive things on the admin chat.

-Psay: This is used to send a private message to someone, Someone who is breaking the rules or something else

-Tgag: This is used to silence the person from the voice chat, Used for mic spammers, among others

-Tmute : Used to silence a player's written chat,People who are flooding, spamming, being racist, among others

-WebTauntMute : Used for people who are playing racist or offensive taunts, If you heard someone playing but don't know the name, you can go to the console and check the person who played the taunt

If you accidentally silenced the wrong person from the written chat or the voice chat you can remove it by clicking "Gag" "Mute" "UnWebTauntMute"

-Bring: Bring someone to you, Used to players that are stuck
-Goto: Teleport yourself to a player

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

-First of all I will look for more about the story and understand what happened by asking some other staff and the player himself, If after understanding the story and seeing that his appeal really deserves a second chance, I will forgive him but giving a very clear warning that if he is banned again it will not be easy to be forgiven again.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I really want to do more things for the server, And becoming an administrator will fulfill my wish, As I said, I was a minecraft server staff for 1 year, My position was Sub-Owner, And on another Minecraft Server i has moderator for 2 months + Discord servers staff, With that, I can say i already have an experience with this, i gave my best as a moderator and i will give my best as an administrator too, i have a lot of free time being that i spend more than 5 hours online on the server per day, i am mature and act with commitment when i need to do something, I want to do my best on the zarp prop hunt server, it will be an honor to be promoted to that position.

Extra Information:
I know it seems that I am being too quick to become an admin, but I already have experience with that, and for me everything I had to learn to be a moderator, I already learned, I really want to be promoted to this position and help the server o as much as I can.
