Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop: I would consider either asking them to spectate or, since it simplifies everything, pressing F3 and selecting autostrafe.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: Politely ask them to stop. People don't often treat polite attitude with negativity, so treating them with genuine respect already helps diffuse the situation.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: I would warn them and encourage not to, trying to help stop them from being thrown into unwanted trouble.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I feel as if when moderating people and being in the position as a staff member, you must be on their level instead of appearing as someone who is extremely authoritative. Being seen as more of a peer and someone who is wanting to help you instead of punishing you I feel is just a better experience for people to learn and develop in. I feel as if it's the initial approach that can completely change how a situation is handled. I'm also on the server quite a lot at night. I usually get on around 8-10 MST and stay on until about 6am. I've even noticed myself that not many staff members are on at the times I stay on, which would purely help management.

I am doing this even though your ban basically means that this application won't be accepted.
I honestly would have never expected that you would go for staff given the attitude you showed on the server. To be honest, I originally thought I was the only one you were harassing, but obviously given your recent ban and people coming out to talk about your disrespect, that wasn't the case.

I'm going to give you a tip, ex-staff member to applicant: if you want a staff position (or even a job position), don't be an asshole to everyone you meet. Even if you don't see them as that important to your goal, the people you harass will begin to add up and then attention will be brought to your bad behavior, even if the staff, (or in real life, recruiters), don't see it directly. If you're going to be staff, you should treat people with respect, rather than spewing your vitriol at them almost immediately.

I truly hope you can improve, because your behavior at the moment is honestly saddening.
