About me:
Hello!,

My name is Joshua, I currently live in the UK.

I’m currently working at a local tech company working on backend/front for the platform which drives more than $7B+ in annual sales and $600m+ in partner payments yearly. Within my job role, I’m the Internal IT Team Leader, with this role, I manage a group of 6 employees all the way to basic questions all the way up to paying/rotas etc.

I play on zarp because of the players, when I’m playing on the server or supporting players with my staff role, I feel a sense of happiness and joyfulness when a player is able to complete something as small as making a fading door, completing a daily objective, or even defending/raiding a nuke.


Why should I be chosen :
I feel as if I will be a good candidate for the Head Admin position for the following reasons:


Trustworthy
Throughout the time I have spent administering all through the entire ZARP people group, I have demonstrated myself to be an individual who helps each and every player, because of this, I have brought numerous individuals into our staff group and aided the players & staff team with the goal that each and every individual who joins can appreciate a rule-break free environment.

Other than assisting, my trust has been additionally built up by the way that I was once cm banned because of my actions which i did on the community, I have since matured and came back and gained lots of trusts tho my saviours of roles I have across the community.


Active
I'm an extremely dynamic LT staff individual from the SSRP Staff team. First and foremost I play on all servers that I am staff on consistently this shows that I am constantly accessible and willing to drop something to help players/staff in any circumstance. In case I'm not playing on a server, I generally mean to accomplish something advantageous and supportive for the community inside that day. I'm generally on TS anytime I’m at my pc, this implies that individuals can undoubtedly speak with me and request help when it is required on any server.

Dedication
I’ve demonstrated my commitment by being constansility active on Teamspeak, S1/S3 and buckling down on everyday premises and by placing a lot of my time into staffing. Additionally, by being accessible and joinable on various stages & times, I’m truly delighted helping the staff group and I generally ensure that they're tackling their work accurately in accordance with the ZARP policies and ethos.

Experience
I have been on and off the staff team since 2014, I have been demoted/received officials in my past due to various reasons, I came back in late 2020 and have officially regained my role as moderator and thus being promoted to administrator and then officially to the super administrator, I have owned servers in the past which included coding and managing staff teams.

Situations I have had to deal with as a Super Administrator


Staff reports:
Upon my time as a Super Administrator, I’ve had to deal with various staff reports where players have reported staff members for breaking rules or unfairly punishments, using my skills I have reviewed each thread with great detail contacting all parties involved and coming to a resolution where everyone is happy with the outcome.

Training:
Consistently I attempt to prepare most staff who have been accepted for the rank of the moderator or elevated up to the rank of the administrator. I try to ensure that they understand what they are doing and realize the right method for them to deal with in-game circumstances, I’m generally online and contactable to have the option to help players applying for staff on SSRP. I’m effectively looking for players who wish to apply for staff.

Hackers:
While I have only been a Super Admin for a little over a month, I have caught and dealt with various amounts hackers on the servers, this includes player using cheat clients, I have dealt with the hackers in-line with the hacking policy which is 1st warning(kick) and if coming back and continuing will be a ban on our server, where if a player has been hacking but no longer on the server, I will contact the hacker over a way of connections I can find and inform the user of the punishment.


Support & Contacting:
During my time as an SSRP Super Administrator, I have been contacted by a few of our fellow staff members ( Mod, Admin, SA) to help and deal with situations where a 2nd opinion is needed, This has also included some retraining sessions as well as providing support guides to help our incredible staff team.



My Goals for becoming a Head Admin:
I have numerous objectives that I want to accomplish as Head Admin because we currently do not have a head admin on the SSRP server, yet I will just run down a couple here today, initially I want to ensure our lead group is in a solid situation to help any circumstance that might be tossed at them, ensuring that we pick the correct individuals that are prepared for SSRP staff rank. Secondary, I wish to be able to support our current Staff team with hosting SSRP Events, Currently, as a Super Administrator I’m very limited with my ability to use some of the tool gun & spawning in event weapons, thirdly, turning out to be Head Admin would permit me to continue to make progress toward the joy of the players, while helping the staff group considerably more with my job and powers. I will be an incredibly good example for the others of the staff group, much the same as the other lead colleagues were to me when I was first acknowledged as moderator. Right now there are no Head Admins on the server and on the off chance that I was Head Admin I would have the option to assist the other staff with their issues like eliminating punishments from rap sheets. There are things that require Head Admin+ that other staff need, however, there are none at present and Developers/Owners don't generally have the opportunity. I desire to have the option to finish these undertakings and help the other staff in their requirements since there is no Head Admin at this moment.
