A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation:
I would tell him about /report command, then I would take a look at the evidence (photo, video), afterwards I would call the other guy, listen to his part of story then decide what to do, Either to punish or to verbally warn depending on the situation.

Explain what you would do in a situation where a player was chat spamming:
I would warn him, if he continues then mute on couple minutes, if he continues then I would contact higher level staff for kick or ban.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would try to stop them until admin comes to ban them.

Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game:
Muting for a while, if he continues...well then ban on 24h so he can chill in peace.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I'm playing minecraft since alpha version, when you couldn't eat the bread so I have a lot of in-game experience. I would like to help other staff members into making Zarp server nice community. I was already staff couple times on Zarp servers like SSRP, TTT, PropHunt etc. And yeah, now I want to try on minecraft, as I got bored of garry's mod after 6-7 years of playing it in zarp community...And now I want to be part of zarp once again.
