What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is giving information as a dead player to alive players to assist them. Example: A player dies to the portals on Minecraft Pyramid. The player says on chat "It's left then right". That's ghosting.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I would ask the player to stop and that this is a verbal warning. If he acts this way again I would server mute/gag the player. If this continues I would warn them and so on.

Why I should be chosen: I've been in the zarp community for a long time, I have a lot of spare time right about now and I really enjoy playing the deathrun server recently with everyone. I want to be more apart of the community and be more active on the forums and the teamspeak. I'm active enough I think and I know the rules and how to enforce them appropriately.I have a lot of experience staffing on both here and multiple other big communities. I'd like to get more in with some of the other servers as well once I get the time to. I get on well with all the other players on deathrun. I try help out newer players when I can.
