Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:

I would ask them to go into spectator mode by pressing F2 and then press R to go into first person. Depending on the mode I would show them the controls and how to stay on the ramp. I would show them how to land smoothly on a ramp and which maneuvers are generally used for obtaining height, increasing speed, etc. I can then spectate them if they are comfortable and then try to help on specific issues, or see if there is anything else that needs to be explained in case I missed it.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:

I would kindly ask them to stop. If they still continue to the point of ruining the experience for everyone else I would then mute them from text/chat accordingly

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:

I would go into spectator mode to verify if the person is in fact exploiting. If they indeed are, I will gather evidence and also ask them to stop. If they persist and do not heed any verbal warnings I will kick them. If they return and continue I will ask assistance from an admin.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):

I play surf either in the early mornings or in the late afternoons after work and studies. I find the game relaxing. The regular players are chilled and fun to play with and converse. There have been occasions when a toxic player would join to cause havoc for everybody; and having the ability to do something about it is why I would like to be chosen for the role.
