When would it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
It depends on the player and what rulebreak this person has committed, if he/she threatens another player or any member of the staff to DDoS/Hack/Death Threat them then that gives me the full right to ban him if he means it in any malicious way. It would also be appropriate for me to use the ban command if the player is on a mass rulebreak spree and he doesn't stop even after a warn/kick. And if the player has racked a lot of warnings in the past 2 weeks and does not listen to any reason.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:
I would be able to punish players who's main goal on the server is usually to ruin everybody's experience and mass rulebreak by giving them the more appropriate punishment. As I have encountered a massive rulebreaker once or twice who does nothing but use inappropriate taunts, trap spamming, Death avoiding/free runs, be very disrespectful and etc...

Why I should be promoted: (We recommend around 75 words)
I have a lot of time and experience on this community as I've held multiple ranks throughout my time of being here, from ownership positions to admin. I feel like I have shown times and times my dedication to this community and what I can bring to the staff team and server. I might not have spent that much time as a moderator but I feel like I am ready to go onto the next rank as Admin, and provide the server with a better experience with my new given abilities. I am active and always participating and helpful with other players. Which I think would make me fit for this rank.
