Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
Mass RDM + LTAP:
If a player decides to mass RDM in spawn and leave, this would be classed as RDM + LTAP. This is considered a bannable offence and I would ban them for an appropriate length of time, depending on what their rap sheet looks like.
Trading in-game currency for out -of-game currency:
This is when a player sells in-game cash/items for out-of-game money to another player. Both players would be accused of trading out-of-game and would be banned accordingly.
Hacking/Mods:
Modifications of game files that yield in unfair advantages are strictly prohibited on Zarp. If a player has ESP hacks, for example, this gives them an unfair advantage as they can see through walls and know exactly where you are. This means they have an unfair advantage over you. I would use the ban command to ban them accordingly.
Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server:(I have written this section in a way as though I am training a new staff member)
As you have now become moderator, the F1 Menu has changed into an administrative centre where you can access: the admin requests, warnings handed out, logs and active NLR. This administrative centre
very crucial and important when handling an F1 and you are looking for proof.
Admin Requests Tab:
Under the admin requests tab, you'll be able to see all active F1's. These can be handled by right-clicking and pressing handle. You can only handle one F1 at a time. You can also mark an F1 as handled when done, and you can mark them as spam if they are indeed spam.
Warnings Tab:
Next, under the warnings tab is where you can see all recently warning handed out along with their reason. You can right-click on any of them and warn the user again, or you can also unwarn the user. This is especially useful for when a user was warned incorrectly. Only unwarn users when they are your own warnings or if the staff member who issued the warning has given permission to do so (or permission from an LT+ staff member).
Logging Tab:
Under the logging tab, you can access and view the server logs. These servers logs allow you to see main events that occur and do not include damage logs. These logs are important as they usually help you decide when to punish a player. However, do not just rely on logs, as a further proof is sometimes required, for example: when a player dies in a KOS zone, but reports as RDM. In the logs, this looks like RDM however video proof may show a KOS sign being outside which would mean the kill was not RDM and had a valid reason.
Active NLR Tab:
In this section, you will be able to see all players who have NLR, where they have NLR and until what time. This information can help you decide whether a player was breaking NLR when killing or raiding, however, if the player was killed in the district they had NLR in, this will show in yellow text on the logging tab.
Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties.
If they are constantly mic spamming gibberish, I would mute their microphone so I can continue with my sit. If they are doing so in text chat, I would mute their text chat so I can continue with my sit. If after the mute they continue to do so, I would warn them accordingly. However, if it's an inconsistent annoyance, I would just verbally tell them to stop. If they require help, I would talk to them after I have finished my duties and try to sort it out.
Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal.

I have come to the conclusion and have realised that this is your first ban. We have also justified that you seem very sorry for what you have done; therefore the staff team and I have decided to reduce your ban to 2 weeks to give you some time to think about what you have done. Once your ban has expired, you are free to join the server and continue having fun!
Note: If any of the staff team witness you causing any more major trouble, we will not hesitate to ban you again.
Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
I think that I should be promoted because it is hard to handle larger situations as a moderator and I think that becoming an admin will benefit me greatly to making a positive impact on the server. I also feel like I would be of great benefit to the server at times there is a low amount of staff online. I also have prior staff experience on SSRP and I was pretty active back then and enjoyed my position in the staff team!
