Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
I wouldn't first explain to them the physics of surfing, because that is better learned through playing. I would show them the basic srafe movements (id explain what strafes are), how to board onto a ramp, how to jump, etc.
Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
Of course no one deserves to be instantly muted, but if its a repeated offence then maybe a mute, then a longer mute, then a temp ban because i'm quite a gracious and benevolent soul

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
As a moderator, I couldn't patch the exploit myself, but I would notify superiors about it, and maybe just tell off the offender because I can't quite blame them. If an exploit exists, every human would have to resist some urge to use it.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I'm not the most special but I can definitely get the job done, I care for this server because it's one of the last standing gmod surf server of quality. I would be slightly devastated if this server were to shut down because I really don't want gmod online to stop being relevant and I want to be a moderator in an attempt to keep things going. I do have moderator experience on other deathrun servers that have been shut down.
