Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

Scamming PlayerX and PlayerY are doing a coinflip, PlayerX states terms of the cf, PlayerY agrees to the cf, They roll a couple of times and PlayerY loses 3-1, PlayerY has coin flipped an item he does not own and so can not pay PlayerX, PlayerY is given 48 hours to get the item(s) and pay PlayerX with the item(s), PlayerY fails to do so within the 48 hour period and so PlayerY is banned until they can pay.

Mass Rulebreak PlayerY MassRDMs followed by MassRDA, They have received numerous reports, they are taken to a sit and decide to start using discriminatory slurs, from here I would ban the user for (NITRP, MassRDM, MassRDA & Racism)

Using alt accounts to ban evade PlayerY was banned for 2 months on his main account, he then chooses to go onto an alt account to evade the ban, I know it is an alt account so to ban them I must prove it to do so I would check if they were family sharing if they were not and I would contact a lead team member to check the IP of the user if it matched with the main accounts IP they would then get banned on both accounts permanently.

Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server:

F1 Menu:

In this section of the menu you're able to see F1 reports made by users in need of assistance, In here you will be able to see when it was submitted, who it was submitted by, the reason for the report, and who is handling the report if you right-click the report you will be able to Handle the report, mark the report as spam and remove it or copy information from the report,

Warnings:

This will show recently issued warnings, you can copy information by right-clicking, you can see the name of who has been warned, steamID of the warned user, the reason for the warning, which staff member issued the warning, and how many active warnings the user has.

Logging:

The logging is probably the most important part of the F1 menu, In here you will be able to see logs of people who have killed someone, changed their job, died, left the server, joined the server, defibrillated, arrested, unarrested, etc. Logs can be copied by right-clicking on them, you can filter the logs to find who you are looking for by searching for a name, steamID, action, etc.

Active NLR:

The Active NLR section will show which users have NLR and in which section they have NLR, you can copy these logs by right-clicking on them and choosing copy.

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties.

I would finish whichever duty I was currently carrying out after which I would get the abusive player and take him to a sit area, I would try to find out what the issue is, I would try to deal with it politely, if the user continued to be abusive and couldn't be reasoned with I would issue a mute/gag length depending on the severity of what they were saying and/or possibly a ban if their recent punishments warrant one.

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal.



Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words): I think I should be chosen because I enjoy the server and I'd like to help out more by becoming staff again, I have experience staffing SSRP as I was SSRP Administrator back in 2018 though rules and such have changed I have made it my duty to read through the rules at least twice a week to ensure I keep a strong knowledge of them, I have experience with the FAdmin from previous SSRP staffing and also through my staffing on Surf & Bhop, I try to be friendly and calm in every situation, I enjoy helping players and SSRP feels like another great opportunity to do so which is why I would like to become staff again, as of currently I am trying to play actively for at least 2-6 hours each day to ensure consistent activity.
