How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3/Discord?:
If someone is being bullied in our TeamSpeak or Discord server under my direct observation, I would first give them a verbal. If it continues I would give them a mute if we are in discord, or a kick if we are in TS. If it continues after the prior punishments, a ban will be issued to said user who is bullying.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3/Discord and when they're used
appropriately:

Discord:

Mute - This is used when a user is saying something that is against the ZARP TOU. Basically when someone is being racist, harassing, or spamming this command comes into use.

Kick - This is used for when someone has broken TOU multiple times, the final (optional) warning before a ban.

Ban - This is used when a user has broken the TOU after multiple punishments.

TeamSpeak:

Kick - This is used when someone is either being racist, micspamming, or disrespectful.

Ban - This feature will be used when a user has broken the TOU and have received previous punishment.

I would like to be chosen because I am very active in both the TeamSpeak and Discord, I conversate with other people every day in both of those applications. I am always available to help on both of these platforms. I have been staff for a good amount of time overall, which shows my dedication and I feel that this makes me eligible for this position.
