What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is more or less metagaming. A dead player might ghost for his friend by telling him which trap is activated and which one is not. Ghosting is providing information to alive players whilst you’re dead.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
I believe in giving a verbal warning in light cases of disrespect, however there obviously is a line and if someone is taking it too far I would use my powers to punish the player accordingly. I could probably make this section a bit more detailed, however I believe this is enough to explain my approach to a situation like this one.

Why I should be chosen:
I’d like to think that I am relatively known within the community. I have played a lot in the past and I’m currently one of the more active players on the server, even though I just started playing roughly a week ago. By the time of the meeting, my activity will be more than adequate and as it stands right now, it is very consistent and high.

I have a lot of experience when it comes to staffing, I am a former moderator on the zarp SSRP server. On friendly players I used to be forum staff, teamspeak staff (still have it actually), and a lead team member on the DarkRP server. I have my fair share of experiences when it comes to making mistakes but I have also contributed through my staffing and presence throughout the years. I’ve been a part of friendly players since 2011 and I pretty much joined zarp as soon as Chute acquired it way back.

I believe I can contribute more to the server by being a moderator, I have experience, activity and I would like to think that I have the right mindset for the job. These are some of the reasons why I think I would make an alright addition to the deathrun staff team.
