Not really, the reason for this is because LT attends LT meetings and will know who gets demoted and stuff like that

How are you meant to update the staff team if you're only an admin? That's why I said it'll be more beneficial for a LT member to have it.
I won't disagree that it would be beneficial to have a lead team member in this position, but
an admin can update the staff list just as well as a super admin. Kronen also mentioned that the staff list isn't the only thing an SSRP section mod would do, you still need someone to moderate the sections posts and move/lock threads when mandatory. If a lead team member applied just to update the staff list, the whole rest of the section is still being neglected.
