Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
My time as Moderator has really contribute in me becoming Admin. During my time as Mod I have come quiet used to the commands and improve knowledge of the rules as well.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
So far I haven’t run into any situations like that. I’ve just been chilling and having fun surfing with the users.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Hello there, congratulations on getting Moderator. Before we get started with training here is a list of commands to use when dealing with rulebreakers.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would first say handling to let my fellow admins know that I am handling the appeal. After that I would first talk to staff member who ban him and get his thoughts on the appeal. If he is ok with me unbanning I would respond to the appeal with this.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
My time in the surf staff team has been pretty good. I have very good activity and good knowledge of the rules. I also have a good understanding of the commands and when to use them. I also have experience of being admin before since I currently hold the rank of TTT super admin, and I also held other ranks in the community which includes Prop hunt admin and TF2 admin which makes me trusted. I also have a good relationship with the users and staff if they need help on how the game mode works of if they are unsure of commands work.
