Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
A situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command would be if someone has too many (7+) recent punishments. An example would be if I was handling a report on a player for rdm and I checked their rapsheet and saw they had 6 recent punishments and had not been banned before. I would make sure they were reported fairly and warn them for rdm before using the ban command to ban them for 1-3 days (I’ve seen 2880 minutes/2 days most commonly) for “too many recent punishments.”

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

You seem very sorry for what you did, and you have put a lot of effort into this appeal, so it seems like you genuinely want to return to TTT. Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I have been Moderator on TTT for around 3 months now and I never thought about applying for Admin because I was too busy to play consistently or just wasn’t feeling it. I have recently found TTT very enjoyable again and feel like I am at a good level with the community to proceed. I do every report that I see is not being handled which gives me something like a 43 reports per week average (almost triple the minimum requirement). I have recently been in situations where I am powerless because I do not have access to Admin commands, and it has been frustrating as I am not able to help the Players. I also think my ability to keep a clear head and laugh off verbal abuse from Users is very useful as I don’t allow rage to cloud my judgement on punishments. Being Moderator for this long has allowed me to learn from early mistakes and really develop my understanding of TTT to a point where I can move on to Admin.

If there are issues with activity I will have another consistent week’s worth by the time the meeting comes around
Becoming Admin will help me to achieve my goal of becoming Server Owner of TTT
