Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time: I'd spectate them, tell them to just show me how they surf atm then give them some tips, If they are completely new I'd probably send them a video on surfing basics then from there spectate and give tips

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: I'd Gag/Mute them for a reasonable amount of time.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: I heard surf doesn't have awarn or something, so I'd probably explain the exploit to them to ensure they don't do it again then slay them so they go back to the start of the stage.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I believe I should be chosen because I enjoy the server and have a good knowledge of the rules, I also have prior experience staffing surf, I also desire to be able to punish those who decide they're funny so they enter the server and mic spam or decide it's a good idea to shout discriminating slurs, Doesn't happen much however when it does it can be quite a pain.

Extra Information: Activity, I mean, I guess it's a bit low so I guess focusing on that I should play relatively actively throughout the week, andd at the same time it seems worth a shot so may as well apply.
