How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
I have been an admin on the server for 4 months now and i've dealt with alot of diffrent situations. I've dealt with ghosters, cheaters, mic spammers and more. I always try to be nice and helpfull to everyone I speak to(except for bio) and I help out whenever I can.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
I've been admin for 4 months and staff for about 6,5 months so I have plenty of experience. I know exactly what i'm allowed and what i'm not allowed to do and i've helped other staff with this aswell.
There's only 1 lt member at the moment and I think it's about time for more lt members
Also Onion and MadMagic asked me to apply.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
There have been alot of hackers when there's no lt on or when their hacks were undetected. In this case I had to record the hacker and send it to the lt to be reviewd in the meeting.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
I would first see that the reason for the report is valid and listen to both sides of the story. I would tell the staff member what he could've or should've done better in such a situation. I would then ask other staff what their perspective on the situation is and if they agree. If I have come to a conclusion I will answer with either:
After going over all the evidence and both of your stories i have decided that this abuse report is:
I will talk to the staff member and it will be brought up in the meeting.
or
After going over all the evidence and both of your stories i have decided that this abuse report is:
you have provided insufficient evidence to prove that the staff member has broken any rules.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would first find out why the staff member did this and if they did this on purpose. I would then edit the ban length to a reasonable time or remove it if needed. Then I would talk to the staff member to tell them what they did wrong.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would at first take over and meanwhile tell them how I'm dealing with these situation and keeping my cool.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
First i would review the evidence that the accusing staff member has presented and see if it is sufficient evidence. If it's not enough I would tell them that it's not enough evidence and that I won't act against the accused staff member. If there is enough I would talk to the accused staff member about what he has done. Later I would bring it up in the meeting to see if further actions are needed.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
First i'd talk to them both in a private channel and hear their perspectives. Then I'd bring the 2 staff members together to provide them both with my feedback and make them get on good terms again.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I would first tell them to stop. Then I would ask them why they did it and if it was intentional. I would then give them proper punishements on the spot if it's needed or bring it up in the meeting.
