Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time: After explaining the importance of momentum I believe it would be vital for them to understand the basic movements. I would describe how to strafe and demonstrate through them spectating me initially, and then me spectating them to see if they've got the hang of it. Beyond this linking relevant videos would be the next steps.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: Warn (verbally) them that their current behavior is unacceptable and any further spam will result in a server warning. If this continued beyond this I would use the mute/gag commands of 5, 10 and 15 minute periods. If this was not enough contacting a more senior staff member would be my next action.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: Exploits have no place on Zarp. Depending on the severity I would kick the user (making sure I had the steam ID) and report it to a more senior member of staff along with a log and a description of the exploit.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I believe I have settled into my bhop moderator role well and am enjoying moderation. Today on bhop there were users being racist and no staff were in attendance. After seeing the actions of the users I contacted OnionRings who helped resolve things. I very much enjoy the communities around surfing and bhop on Zarp and I would like the opportunity to continue to make a fun server for all as and when I can.
