Why are you interested in being part of the Community Council?
I'm interested in being part of the community council as I believe I'm quite active in suggestions on the forums, and have even made / helped other people better their ideas with that being concept art, or helping write it. This shows that I genuinely want to help the community by involving myself in suggestions that may better the community.

What role do you intend to carry out as a member of the Community Council?
I would like to help focus on suggestions regarding the forums, more specifically adding more customisation to the site, I understand that this isn't a main focus for the CM team right now but I know that a bunch of people would love to see this implemented and I believe I would be able to help out with fresh ideas, concept art etc.

Why do you believe you should be selected for the Community Council?
As I stated in my previous answers, I'm quite active in the suggestions here on the forums, by even sometimes going the extra mile to create concept art to better put forward mine or others ideas, which I believe is always a plus as concept art can really help better explain what you're suggesting. I have a bunch of ideas specifically for the forums customisation that I haven't yet suggested, and would like to further speak to the CM team about before doing so.

Is the task you have outlined something you can do / plan to do yourself, and if so, could you outline how you plan to do this? Giving suggestions alone is something that can be done via the forums directly, and isn't really something that's done on the Community Council, otherwise rather than reducing workload, it only increases the work that needs to be done by the Community Team. I thought the entire point of the community council was to work closely and reduce the work load for the CM team by giving more accurate representations of suggestions and ways to implement them? so if I'm community council I'm able to actually implement these things myself?

We moved the Community Council away from suggestions when we changed to the roles-based system, we discuss suggestions with the entire staff team for each server within the server-specific meetings, as it gives us a larger representation from people who actively play on the specific server.

Of course, a role within suggestions could be viable, but you'd probably have to think a little bit further about exactly how you'd be involved with them and what you would be doing differently from what we see on existing suggestion threads and discussions that could be had in meetings.

I'm not trying to disregard your role or tell you this application will be denied, just trying to get a better idea of what you plan to do for when we vote on the application later tonight.
