Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
If someone is continuing to break rules after being kicked
A major offense has been made such as ddosing or disrupting the server with MRDM
If they insult staff/players with no intention to RP

Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server:

I can use it to respond to reports, check for logs and read up the punishments of a player when deciding a verdict.
Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties.
I would calmly tell them to calm down otherwise they'd risk being muted for disrespect

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal.
I would look through all the evidence of what happened and check their past punishments if they legitimately owned to it and genuinely want to improve I would unban them or shorten it down depending on how severe it was.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):

I would like to be promoted since I've been mod for a good amount of time now and wish to improve the server with the experience I've gathered, plus I feel that I'm ready to handle this task and can be helpful towards others during f1 situations.
Not to mention I've also handled my time as mod with responsibility.
