What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting) Ghosting is when you provide information (most likely when you are dead) to people which they would not normally know and which gives them an advantage.
An example of this would be if someone who was dead told runners that one of the traps was not active

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.) I would give them a verbal warning and tell them to stop being disrespectful. I would then give them a proper warning if they kept up the behaviour and if they kept going i would gag/mute them for 5 minutes so they can take some time to think about the situation.

Why I should be chosen: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (We recommend around 75 words))
I love deathrun and i want to help out with the proposed revival of it on Zarp. I am a moderator on TTT so i have good experience with staffing and i think i would be a good fit for the role. I would love to see more people playing deathrun and this seems more difficult as there are almost no staff members currently.
