Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
If a Player has scammed someone and is not willing to pay up it will be a perma ban until they decided to pay the victim for example Stink scams Crystaal a Evo suit i would ban stink if he doesn't pay up.
If someone is ban evading it would also perma ban them as they aren't meant to be on the server for example if its proven that someone like Lenny who is CM Banned gets on the server i would ban his alt.
If a player has reached the active warn limit ( about 7 - 10 ) i would ban them for a reasonable amount of time and i would refer to thier rap sheet for the information on how much time to ban for.
Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server:
1. In the First menu u can click the handle report button on a untaken F1 and you have the option to bring or to go to them.
2. The next page is the check warns page were you would see what warns are active and u can also take back warnings of they are false.
3. The logs is the next page and its very important as this is where you will get a lot of information on the report as it shows kill logs job change if someone died with NLR it will also show TextScreen placement of which you are able to use to find rule breaks or help handle a sit.
4. The final page is Active NLR this is where u will be able to see if there is anyone with NLR, when it expires and where it is. this will help u with some NLR F1s.
Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties.
I would try find out the story and if it isnt the first time this has happened i will defiantly mute / gag however if it was the first time i would speak to them and ask them to calm down and give them a verbal. If this was a joke i would still tell them to not be so disrespectful as it could make others uncomfortable and maybe make people leave the server.
Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal.
I would speak to the banning admin and if we agree that they have had enough time to understand and we feel this apology is sincere i would unban them however if they are sincere but we feel they need a bit more time i would reduce the ban to 1 or 2 weeks depending how old the ban is.

I have pretty good experience and for the short while i have been staff again i believe i have been doing a good job and i am trusted to handle sits with a good knowledge of the rules and good judgment with no biased acts.
