Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
I would explain to them how straifing works and first show them how to turn in spawn. Then I would ask them to spec me and show them the basics on how to surf. If they then continue to struggle I would tell them to look up a youtube video.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
First time I would give them a 5 minute gag/mute, then a 10 minute gag/mute, then a 15 minute gag/mute as well as further action depending on the situation.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would gather evidence of the exploit and report it to an lt member. I would also ask them to stop and if further action is required ask for a more senior staff member to come on and warn/ban them.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I enjoy the server and plan on playing daily. I try and interact with other players but it can sometimes be difficult if there is a low amount of players on. I dont have that many hours but plan on playing alot from now on. I have admin on ttt so I feel that I can be trusted with the rank.
