Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time: I would link the a video that they can watch to learn how to surf.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: I would mute/gag them for 5 min if they continue i would mute/gag them for 10 min and after that 15 min if they continue.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: I would inform a LT member and gather evidence like recording or taking screen shots and then give the evidence to the LT member.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I like Surf and Mix3rz told me to apply and I want to be staff because it's a chill server and you don't need to handle so much reports and stuff like that. When I surf I can relax and have a great time. I can see that surf need more staff because they have few staff and much of the staff team isn't active.
