TOPIC: [SSRP Administator] George H W Bush's Application.

Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

1. A player is Mass RDMing after a jail of 10min and a kick, and keeps carrying on. I would ban the player.

2. A player is being really racist after a chat mute and checking his rapsheet, his rapsheet has mainly just racism/disrespectful recents, I would ban him.

3.A player using the no-clip hoverboard exploit, I would check his rapsheet to see if he plays by the rules or he's a rulebreaker then I would ban him accordingly to his rapsheet.

Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server: The main functions of the F1 menu is to use it as staff to check logs, warnings by another staff, to check active NLR and admin requests. The admin requests section is if you want to take an f1 and you couldnt press f1 when the option came up. Once you claim an f1, if you right click, you have the option to goto, bring, back which can be really useful. The active NLR is to check if a player has active NLR in a district which can be used in sits. The logging is the most important part of the f1 menu which shows any logs carried out by a player which includes changing jobs, arresting someone, killing someone, hit logs, joining/leaving and name changing. This is very important as it has a lot of information and can be used to decide what happened when f1's are made. Finally the warnings system just shows the players that have been warned, by which staff and how many warnings and the most recent reason for which they were warned for.

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties.
I would first tell them to stop and let me do my admin duties as a verbal warning, if that wouldn't work i would firstly hand out a five minute mute/gag, and tell other staff members that said person is abusive towards staff on duty, and to keep an eye out for said person.


Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal.
I would first comment on the appeal, letting the person and other staff know that someone is already handling, i would then contact with the admin that banned the person, asking them what's up with the extreme ban. And explaining that the banned player made an appeal, and that it was made with what sounded like regret. If the staff who banned said player, told me that it wasn't supposed to have been a perm ban and the staff just forgot to reduce the the ban, i would accept the appeal, telling them that their appeal have been accepted. But to please re-read the server rules before joining back into the server.

Why I should be chosen:
I would first of like to point out that i got nothing against current staff on SSRP.
But the newly accepted mods, seemed a bit rushed with the holiday break that came upon the meetings, and with the update i feel like LT decided that they needed a few new pair of hands to help staff the two servers. I've always been told that i was an excellent SSRP staff, i felt like i was quite an unbiased admin,
have no problem punishing fellow gang members or friends. If you break the rules, there will and shall be consequences. I'm great at helping new players on ssrp, as well as fellow long time SSRP players. As well as a being an long time staff member on Zarp SSRP, i've staffed quite a bit on an old danish community on CS:S, so i feel my ethics on being a staff is on point with what Zarp demands of their staffers. As well as knowing the SSRP rules, i feel like i would be a good fit on the current staff team!.

I had the privilege to work side-by-side with George during my time as an Administrator well over two years ago. He is very dedicated, hardworking, consistent, benevolent, has good knowledge of the SSRP gamemode and its rules due to prior staffing experience. George used to be an incredible staff member and still remains to be a good friend of mine. I can personally guarantee nothing but good shall you accept him back into the team. You won't regret it.
