Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
Situation 1) If a Player commits Mass RDM and leaves.
Example 1) Player A kills more than 3 players (
without valid reason) and leaves the game.
Situation 2) If a player has "7 or more" recent Punishments.
Example 2) Player A has
6 punishments in his rapsheet and I have
just punished him the 7th time. Punishments are only considered recent when they are no longer than 2 weeks old.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I have seen you appealed your ban and I've spoken to the staff member who
banned you. Since this is your first Ban, I decided to
accept your appeal. Which does not mean you are allowed to
perform exploits. Your ban will be lifted and removed from your rapsheet. Thanks for taking your time into making the appeal and have a good day!

Why I should be promoted:
I have held the Administrator rank twice in the past now and I just took a break from being staff. I'd like to come back since I handled some personal things and school of course. I am well aware of how to use the commands, handling appeals, and handle Punishment requests on users. If I would have a question I would approach fellow staff members and just simply ask. That's all for now though.
