Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
First, I would solicit the player to stop spamming (via text or mic); if he/she continues after the warning I would mute him/her on the server temporarily based on the level of spamming; however, if the player continues even after this second method, the command "kick" would be involved (or ban, based on the severity).

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would spectate the player, record the gameplay of the player exploiting the map and report it to the Admins; the command "kick" could be used until further orders by the Admins.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
to "ghost" in Prop Hunt means: telling someone (on any team) where a player (on any team) is located in the map, leading to unfair play. An example scenario: Bob is currently a chair and he's near a table; Tim (he could be on any team, and spectating Bob) tells a hunter where Bob is located, causing Bob to get caught and killed, therefore causing unfair play.

Why I should be chosen:
I can provide help in sorting out the players who want to ruin the fun of the others. I really enjoy this server and I'm quite active, mainly at 8-11 pm GMT time. I never exploited the map, I never caused any trouble and I always followed the server rules, never receiving warnings by Mods or Admins, and I intend to keep on doing so.

Extra Information:
I'm studying English since elementary school (14 years, at the time of writing) so I can understand virtually anything in spoken English and anything in written English; I speak it correctly, even if a bit slow at times, I don't have any problem in using mic in-game. I'm a serious person irl, though I enjoy a lot having fun in a game with fair rules.
