Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:

My time as a moderator has been fun and not only did it help me improve my moderating skills it also improved me as a person. It has helped me better understand how to deal with toxic people and help players that are having issues. I have helped clean the servers of a few groups of minges and will continue to do so

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):

The main obstacle that I encountered with im sure most mods do was when there was no admins on and people join the server to just minge as a group of like 3 or 4. When this happened all I could do was warn them and kick them witch does not work too well when they join back. Becoming admin will allow me to be able to ban them when their only intent is to break rules making it easier than kicking until they give up

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Congratulations and welcome to the staff team, I am joeya100 and I will be the staff member training you today. Let me start by explaining to you the basic commands

/warn [SteamID] [Reason] - this command is used to warn players that break the rules. The warning is added to their rapsheet and is counted as active for 2 weeks. If a player has 3 active warnings they get automatically kicked, and if they have 4 active warnings they automatically get banned for 1 hour.

/unwarn [SteamID] - This command removes the most recent warning from the selected player. You can use it if you falsely warned somebody.

/tp - This command is used for teleportation. You can either do /tp and teleport yourself to your crosshair or use /tp [SteamID] to teleport a player to your crosshair. It is really useful when handling sits.

/goto [steamid] - This command is used to teleport to the player, For example you would use this command if you needed someone for an f1!

/back - This command is used to teleport players to there last location. For example if you are done with a sit you can use this command to bring the player back to their original position. You can also /backspawn to send them back to spawn

/kick [SteamID] [Reason] - this command is used rarely, and mostly for players that prop spam/ prop block.

/freeze - This command is mostly used on people that try to escape sits, /freeze [SteamID] and the targeted player will be frozen in place and will not be able to move.

/slay - By doing /slay [SteamID]you can kill people.

/chatmute [SteamID] [Time in seconds] [Reason] - This command ca be used against players who are racist, homophobic or generally disrespectful in the OOC chat or just in general.

/voicemute [SteamID] [Time in seconds] [Reason] - Used for the same reasons as chat mute, but in the voice chat.

Remove NLR - This command is used when somebody has been RDMd in a certain district and has NLR there. To do this command you open the TAB menu, select the specific player and click on Remove NLR and select the district you a remove the NLR in.

Now let me explain how to use the f1 menu

Here you can see some of the tabs which are Admin requests, Warnings, Logging And Active NLR

-Admin requests is where you can see the f1s which people make. You can handle them by right clicking them, you can also copy the information of the player that made the request. If the F1 that was made is some kind of spam you can discard it. Once hitting handle this you can use it to goto, or bring.

-The Logs are the most important tab, In the logs you can see the deaths, kills, hits, arrest, jobs, warrants and etc. You can now search the logs in the top right by searching the players name, you can also go in to a bit more detail and search for the gun type that was used to make a kill, or the Steam ID.

-In the warnings you can see the most recent warnings that have been given.

-Active NLR Is something which you could look to see if people have NLR, it shows how long is left until its over and the district.

Now for the last part which is the f6 menu
In the F6 Menu you can check the RapSheet of every player that is online. If they are not online you can put the SteamID in the top left corner. You can also look for specific warnings.

That is all you need to know for moderating, if you have any other questions dont be afraid to ask

Hello X I have looked over your application and talked to the admin that has banned you, from the information you have it seems that you are sorry for what you have done and have been banned for a while so after talking it over with the staff team we have decided to accept your appeal.

Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words):

I feel like I should be promoted because I have been helping the community a lot in the past around 4 weeks of being mod. I have learned a lot about how to help people in the community against minges and feel like I could help them even more from being promoted to admin as it will allow me to quickly pick up and freeze people who are mass RDMing instead of having to take time to find there name in the tab menu. Being admin will also allow me to to ban minges instead of kicking them and hoping they do not join back. I also have been helping with f1’s a lot and been active. I am a kind person to people and do my best to make sure everyone is heard in a sit. I really hope to be promoted so I can help this community even more than I already have

yeah, next meeting Isn't for a few weeks though so I'm just posting it now before I forget

im almost certain u need to attend atleast one meeting before u can apply for admin and you still probably wont be accepted first try unless ur a REALLY good staff member

you activity was below the recommend so you are lucky you got mod, you shouldnt apply right after you got mod you should wait to prove your staffing ability and from the replies its not that good at the moment.

Its great and all that you want to become an admin to help more,

But I, TBH, never really see you much on zarp when I play and when I do Ive never seen you handle a single one of my f1's.
