- User has come out of a recent ban and has gotten 3 recents or more
- Mass RDM+LTAP
- Ghosting + LTAP
- A user has amounted 7 recents in a day
- Mass racism or homophobia

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):Over this week i have shown my abilities as a moderator, and i did even better in my opinion when i was one before. I think im finally ready to take my staffing up a step and take on all the responsibilities as an admin. Whenever i staff, i try to give people a second chance and i think this value of mine would make me to be a great admin, alongside my knowledge of the rules. also ross wants me too apply idk why help
