Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command: a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command would be when someone is mass rdming within a short period of time, and stil continues to rdm after numerous punishments. or, when someone has far too many recent punishments and they are still rulebreaking.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): i think i should be promoted because i have a full understanding of the rules and knowledge of all TTT-related commands. i am an admin on prop hunt aswell, which proves that i am worthy of carrying out the role of administrator. sometimes when there isnt an admin online, i can deal with more difficult situations that a moderator may not be able to handle.

Extra Information: (Not Required) yes, i know what youre thinking; ''why has biosenic written another application after revoking!?'' well the reason is, my father had to use my pc for his work, and he didnt tell me when he was going to give it back to me. so i thought that the period of him using it would take a while so i revoked my application. turns out that it took shorter than i thought. so i rushed to a conclusion very quickly and revoked my application; which i obviously should not have done. recently for me, my life has been a bit wild at the moment, and i am sorting it out, so its getting better. sorry if this causes any annoyance or confusion. biosimpic is better btw
