Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
If a player accrues 6 recent/active punishments (not including any that might have been appealed and accepted) the mighty banhammer of justice may be wielded in such an event.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello Player X, thank you for taking the time to produce an appeal for your ban.
After conversing with the administrator that has banned you I am happy to confirm that I will be accepting your appeal.
This seems to be your first ban and the remorse you have shown seems to be genuine; though please be more careful in the future and if you're unsure of any rules then please type in !rules into the chat or drop one of the staff members a message in the admin chat by typing: @ *insert message here*

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
Having served as a moderator for a fair old time now I've been able to accrue knowledge of the processes and policies expected to be upheld within the server.
I always take extra time where necessary to minimise mistakes.

Extra Information: (Not Required)
I have been apprehensive about applying due to my activity (which I mentioned in the moderator app) being somewhat impeded in comparison to other admins due to my unique work rota.
This does mean that some weeks I've not hit the report count required but other weeks smashed it out of the park, this situation is unlikely to change until my sleeping issue is sorted (gotta go sleep in a lab so that will be fun) so I can fully maximise my time off of shift.
If the application is rejected or deferred because of the aforementioned reasons then I completely understand.

Always kills Red first so thats a support for me.
