Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
1. If there is a player mass rdmming getting reported 3 or more times and leaves before gets punished its called *mass RDM + LTAP* and that is bannable
2. If someone has an inappropriate name like *heil hitler* that isnt allowed and u have to warn the player by pmming them or warning them in voice chat etc. if he doesnt't change it you can kick him or ban him for a day.
3. Recent punishments, if someone has 6 or more recent punishments it is a good reason to ban for about a week.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would say: This appeal is good and honest. I myself am not a fan of cheaters but I can see that you put a lot of effort in this, so i am willing to give you a second chance.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):

I know the rules very well I can play during the times there usually aren't many staff online, so far I've seen a lot of people during the morning for me rdmming on the server with no staff on. So I would be able to punish those people.

Everything is good, but extend "Why i should be promoted" there is no effort in there.

However, manuonmuna, your application needs some work. Your second ban command use scenario is invalid, and your verdict on the ban appeal isn't the best.

You have shown good attitude and knowledge of the rules on the server, I do not believe you have any recent punishments, so that's a big plus. You do indeed have a recent warning for RDM, so I'd say wait out till it expires and get your activity high meanwhile.

Hey Manu,
You activity isnt fully 2 weeks and started to leak again again the past 3 days. This isnt a issue but makes me question if you are dedicated to playing on the server.

I'm going to stay on this one, I'll see what other people have to say about you and how you staffed in the past.

Your app is kinda lacking particularly in the situations where you would ban and your response to a ban appeal, apart from that I haven't had any problems with you ingame my decision will depend on what other staff members who have staffed with you before say

Based on your application alone, no.

I would feel more comfortable if you applied for a mod, instead of admin. Also, put some more effort into your application. Also, try interacting more in-game with players and staff, I have been iffy with playtime this week so if you have been interacting with players and staff this week, keep it up.

David That was actually a false one i just havent reported about if i remember correctly it was from nogtog when i pushed a guy who then walked into t room and reported me for it
